How is it free? Customers who withdraw cash pay a convenience fee, shown on screen before they confirm. That fee funds the machine, the cash and the service — so your business doesn’t pay for them.

All FAQs →Does BayTM charge my business anything for a placed ATM?
No. Under our free placement program there is no charge to your business for the machine, installation, cash loading, connectivity, maintenance or repairs, and no monthly fee. Your placement agreement spells this out in writing.
Do my customers pay a fee to withdraw cash?
Yes. Like most retail ATMs, the machine shows a convenience fee on screen before the customer confirms, and they can cancel at no charge. Their own bank may add a separate fee. That surcharge is what funds the machine, the cash and the service, so your business doesn’t pay for them.
How long is the agreement, and how does it end?
Term, renewal and removal are set out in plain language in your placement agreement, and we walk you through them before you sign. If a placement ends, BayTM arranges removal of its machine.
What do I need to provide?
A standard electrical outlet and a few square feet of floor space, ideally near the entrance. We confirm the exact footprint and clearance during the location review, and we supply the machine, connectivity, cash and service.
Who handles repairs, and how fast?
BayTM handles all maintenance and repairs on placed machines at no cost to you. Our support line is available 24/7; on-site arrival depends on your location and the time of day, and we’ll tell you what to expect for your area before you sign.
