A standard electrical outlet and a few square feet of floor space, ideally near the entrance. We confirm the exact footprint and clearance during the location review, and we supply the machine, connectivity, cash and service.
After the location review and agreement, installation is usually completed in a single visit. We’ll give you a specific date when we schedule it, and plan around your quieter hours.
Term, renewal and removal are set out in plain language in your placement agreement, and we walk you through them before you sign. If a placement ends, BayTM arranges removal of its machine.
We do, with our own cash. Placed machines are loaded by trained professionals on a schedule matched to your traffic, so your staff never handle the machine’s cash.
BayTM handles all maintenance and repairs on placed machines at no cost to you. Our support line is available 24/7; on-site arrival depends on your location and the time of day, and we’ll tell you what to expect for your area before you sign.
